Q.1    How much does it cost to attend REACH?

2-day conference pricing: $1,249 USD.

Q.2    What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes conference materials, as well as admission into all BIG Idea keynotes and breakout sessions. It also includes all conference meals, which are breakfast, lunch, and the award dinner Monday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Tuesday. For those attending the 3-day event, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday is included.

Q.3    Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Q.4    I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?

No. We do not offer group pricing at this time.

Q.5    Who should attend REACH?

REACH is designed for clients and trainers of VitalSmarts training courses. We also welcome anyone interested in learning more about VitalSmarts and our courses, or anyone interested in personal development and trainer facilitation.

Q.6    Do I have to be a VitalSmarts Certified Trainer to attend?

No, you do not have to be a VitalSmarts Certified Trainer to attend REACH. The conference will also be a valuable professional development experience for anyone interested in increasing their personal influence or changing human behavior, as well as VitalSmarts training.

Q.7    Who should attend the REACH Labs post-conference session and what information will be covered?

REACH Labs is a post-conference, all-day workshop designed to help trainers perfect their facilitation skills and improve their personal influence. This year, we are pleased to offer two topics: How to tailor Crucial Conversations to Solve your Organization's Strategic Initiatives and our newest training course Getting Things Done®. Previously certified trainers who attend the Getting Things Done workshop at REACH can also certify in the course via the FastTrack Certification.

Q.8    Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your registration.

Q.9    What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, or PO. If paying with a Check or PO, the payment must be received at VitalSmarts on or before Thursday, January 25, 2018. Please make checks payable to VitalSmarts and mail to 282 River Bend Lane, Provo, Utah, 84604, Attn: Tara McCabe.

Q.10    Is my reservation transferable?

Yes.

If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until Thursday, January 25. Please submit all transfer requests to tmccabe@vitalsmarts.com.

Q.11    What if I have to cancel?

The following cancellation dates and fees apply:

If you cancel between September 1, 2017 AND October 31, 2017, the cancellation fee is $50 USD.

If you cancel between November 1, 2017 AND December 31, 2017, the cancellation fee is $150 USD.

If you cancel between January 1, 2017 AND January 25, 2018, the cancellation fee is $350 USD.

No refunds for cancellations received after January 25, 2018.

Please be aware that you also need to make the necessary cancellation arrangements for hotel accommodations and/or any other services that you have contracted. The average high is 41 degrees F with the average low 29 degrees F. Utah commonly has snow in February as well.

Q.15    How should I dress?

Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference.

Q.16    Are discounted rates available at The Little America Hotel?

VitalSmarts has reserved rooms with discounted rates at The Little America Hotel. Premier rooms are $254 per night. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts, so be sure to reserve your room early.

Q.18    How do I download the REACH App?

1. Download the "Crowd Compass Directory" app. You can find this on the App Store on iOS devices and the Play Store on Android. After installing, a new icon will appear on the home screen.

2. Once you've downloaded the Crowd Compass Directory app, search for "REACH 2018" within the app.

3. Tap either Download or Install.
