What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes conference materials, as well as admission into all BIG Idea keynotes and breakout sessions. It also includes all conference meals, which are breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and dinner on Wednesday evening for those attending the 3-day event.
For those attending the 2-day event, included meals are breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and dinner on Wednesday evening.
For those attending the 1-day event, included meals are breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, attending the awards dinner that night is optional for 1-day participants.
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
No. We do not offer group pricing at this time.
Who should attend REACH?
REACH is designed for clients and trainers of VitalSmarts training courses. We also welcome anyone interested in learning more about VitalSmarts and our courses, or anyone interested in personal development and trainer facilitation.
Do I have to be a VitalSmarts Certified Trainer to attend?
No, you do not have to be a VitalSmarts Certified Trainer to attend REACH. The conference will also be a valuable professional development experience for anyone interested in increasing their personal influence or changing human behavior, as well as VitalSmarts training.
Who should attend the REACH Labs pre-conference session and what information will be covered?
REACH Labs is a pre-conference workshop where attendees will discuss ideas in small groups, work side-by-side with VitalSmarts master trainers to design influence strategies, and consult with the experts on their individual challenges. This year, REACH Labs is Facilitation Skills and will be taught by Master Trainer Steve Willis. More details coming.
WHAT ARE THE REACH EXPERIENCE EVENTS?
The REACH experience events in Chicago and Washington D.C. are designed for those who can’t make it to the main event in Utah. A VitalSmarts master trainer will host the event and lead participants through two interactive breakout sessions as well as a broadcast of the BIG Idea sessions from the REACH main stage in Salt Lake City. It's a taste of REACH without the travel. Note: These events are specifically for VitalSmarts certified trainers.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your registration.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, or PO. If paying with a Check or PO, the payment must be received at VitalSmarts on or before Monday, July 25. Please make checks payable to VitalSmarts and mail to 282 River Bend Lane, Provo, Utah, 84604, Attn: Tara McCabe.
Is my reservation transferable?
If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until Monday, July 25. Please submit all transfer requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if I have to cancel?
The following cancellation dates and fees apply:
If you cancel between March 1 and May 1, 2016, you must pay a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel between May 2 and June 1, 2016, you must pay a $100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel between June 2 and July 25, 2016, you must pay a $350 cancellation fee.
There will be no refund if you cancel after July 25, 2016.
Please be aware that you also need to make the necessary cancellation arrangements for hotel accommodations and/or any other services that you have contracted.

Are discounted rates available at The Grand America Hotel?
VitalSmarts has reserved rooms with discounted rates at The Grand America. Premier rooms are $245 per night. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts, so be sure to reserve your room early.
