Marketing Specialist - Customer Loyalty and Advocacy Programs
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
- Minimum two years marketing experience
- Research and data mining experience
- Strong understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent people skills
Ideal Candidate will:
- Think outside the box
- Work under limited supervision
- Experience in research and analyzing data
- Experience in creating advocacy programs to grow revenue opportunities
- Experience in the training/consulting industry
Responsibilities:
- Work closely and collaboratively with other functions and departments to address various needs
- Assist sales in driving deeper into client organizations
- Develop collateral and other sales/marketing tools
- Coordinate and/or conduct various research projects including:
- Client interviews
- Data mining
- Develop, launch, and manage campaigns designed to increase brand loyalty
- Develop, launch, and manage integrated customer advocacy campaigns
- Analyze metrics and provide regular progress reports
- Assist in building proposals
- Learn and understand product lines
- Other tasks as deemed necessary
