Change Anything is seeking a Customer Service Technician. Qualified applicants will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, a self starter, and have an enthusiasm for excellence in their work.

Qualifications

Must be able to handle many projects at once and effectively deal with people to achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate should exhibit a pattern of excellence academically, professionally, and in personal extra-curricular activities. Must have experience with web-based content publishing systems like blogging systems. To be successful in this position, candidates must have a moderate to strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Work experience with online media technology and products is crucial. Candidates must have a strong work ethic toward the accomplishment of goals, and have the ability to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Duties/Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Technician will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing training for new customers on how to use company’s user and web content management tool.
  • Developing strong customer relationship and create a plan to regularly follow up with customers on progress with user and content management.
  • Cultivating new business opportunities with existing customers whenever possible.
  • Providing timely response for all assigned customer inquiries.
  • Providing product development and marketing teams with detailed reports around product usability based on customer feedback.
  • Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
